Consultancy
In the service of bars and bartenders.
Beverage Consultancy
Our team of creative bar professionals approaches each project from all aspects of the hospitality industry. We start with a brainstorming session with the team and owners to identify the desired direction, goals, and needs of each venue.

Second, we conduct market research, identifying the trends, desired positioning, and type of clientele. With this information, we move to design a concept and a theme for your desired venue. And establish a road map for implementation, by providing mood boards, and ideas, and exchanging feedback at every step.

This will allow us to focus on every touchpoint which will become part of your guest's experience.

Road Map
-
Starting Point. Preparation, Design, and Sourcing, all these aspects represent the foundation of any project. This step usually happens months before the venue is due to open.

-
Market Research. Conducting market research on the local competition, successful venues, and global trends will allow us to better prepare our concept pitch.

-
Concept. Here is where we present our findings and solutions for our clients. The concept can only refer to a cocktail menu, but can also include bar design, staff uniforms, look & feel of the space, and music & ambiance.

-
Cocktail Menu. Besides developing recipes and conducting R&D, we look at printed menu design, choice of glassware, speed and efficiency, logistics and back of house management, and costing tools.

-
Bar Training. This is the step where we communicate to the opening team the steps we took and the final version of the concept, making sure everyone is briefed and trained on all aspects surrounding the venue. We move on to train everyone on the current cocktail menu and establish a sequence of service.

-
Manuals. All the materials which have been developed and shared with the staff during training will be available in digital format to ensure a smooth continuation of all operations.

-
Opening support and follow-up. If needed we can be present during opening weeks, mock service, and press launch. And as well we arrange follow-up visits and refreshment training.
